Important Information About Hotel Bookings for TES Marbella 2026

For TES Marbella 2026, we have arranged a full hotel buyout at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella so that all attendees can stay under one roof and enjoy a seamless conference experience.

Unlike in previous years, the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella will not handle individual reservations directly. Instead, TES must collect and manage all room bookings on behalf of attendees. THIS PROCESS HAS BEEN MANDATED BY THE HOTEL  and is outside of our control.

As a result:

• Bookings will be made through TES rather than via a hotel promo code.
• Room payments will be processed by TES, while any in-room extras (e.g., minibar, room service, spa treatments, etc.) will be paid directly to the hotel at checkout.
• Because TES is not a hotel operator, Spanish tax law requires us to apply 21% VAT to room charges (whereas hotels normally apply 10%). 
• Unfortunately, we do not have visibility on pre- or post-event room availability. If you wish to extend your stay before or after the event, we recommend checking directly with the Hard Rock Hotel. If you wish to extend your stay, please book the extra night(s) needed via the hotel website AND note in your booking “TES Affiliate Conferences” in the special request/comments section.

We understand this is a different process than usual and appreciate your understanding. Our goal is to make your stay as smooth as possible — if you have any questions or special requests regarding your accommodation, please reach out to Walter or Andreas.
