It is each attendee's personal responsibility to research visa requirements for Portugal, Spain and the Czech Republic and apply for a visa, if necessary.
Depending on your nationality, if you plan to visit Portugal, Spain or the Czech Republic for up to 90 days, you may need a short-stay Schengen visa. You must apply for a visa from the relevant Portuguese, Spanish or Czech embassy, consulate or representing consular Schengen office in the your country of residence.
Your nationality determines whether or not you are required to apply for a visa. Delegates are asked to visit the respective websites of the local authorities for more information.
If you require a visa, it will be necessary to obtain an official letter of invitation from the conference organizers and submit this letter to facilitate the visa process. Please note: letters of invitation are issued to registered and paid attendees only.
To obtain an invitation letter, please follow the steps below. You must complete the process in its entirety in order to receive your letter.
We do not extend any more visa invitation letters before payment. If your visa is rejected (written proof) we are more than happy to refund you the entrance ticket (minus the processing fee).
In the past there has been too much abuse of our visa invitations so we will not extend them anymore without prior payment. If approved, your visa invitation letter will be sent to you via email.
